 New year, new calendar, new format. The 2012 Skyrunner® World Series calendar offers a distance for every runner with stand-alone circuits where both Vertical and Ultra champions will have a taste of the glory (and prize money).
Five all-time greats make up the main section with a choice of two out of three compulsory races in the other three sections for the Skyrunner® World Series champion title. The new Ultra Series reflects the popular demand for long distance races, stopping short of the 80 km mark but not forgetting the gruelling vertical climb and altitude that distinguish skyrunning. |
